On Thursday 3rd October the Philosophy, Religion and Ethics department were thrilled to welcome internationally renowned Philosopher and author, Dr Stephen Law.
Alton College students were joined by Religious Studies students from HSDC for an intensive session from Stephen Law. Discussing difficult Meta-Ethical and Language concepts from the nature of good to the meaningless vs. meaningful nature of religious statements.
The students were very forthcoming with questions and really engaged with the rigorous academic nature of the session.
