The benefits of doing the Extended Work Placement programme

Industry placements give students on extended work placement course the chance to put into practice what they have learned. Students will spend a minimum of 45 days working for an employer in a role directly relevant to their courses.

Students will gain essential technical skills to be more work-ready enabling them to secure employment after their course.
