ProPortal for Parents/Carers

Parent Portal gives you access to a host of information about your young person such as, but not limited to: academic progress, attendance and punctuality, teacher and tutor comments, smart targets, exam information and much more.

You will also use ProPortal to notify us of any absence from college (sickness/holidays/appointment etc)

  1. Request a Parent ProPortal account here
  2. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email from ProPortal with a link to authenticate your email address – make sure you click on this link!
  3. We will now receive your request and approve this as soon as we can. This could take up to a week at busy times, so please bear with us. We are required to verify your details for security purposes (you must be a known contact/NoK for the student and the request must be from the email address we have on file for you).
  4. Once your request has been approved use the link below to access your ProPortal account (we advise you save this link on your phone):

Once you are logged in, select your young person

 

(If on a mobile device, you will now need to tap the three lines at the top left of the screen)

 
Use the Information menu on the left to find a list of options available to you, including:
Timetable, Submit Notified Absence, Attendance Summaries, Exam Information and Change of Details / Address
